Our one bedroom apartments have a full kitchen equipped with basic kitchen needs, full bath, living/dining area, as well as, one bedroom with 2 full size beds. Bedding and bathroom linens are provided. Apartments open to a wood deck overlooking the river.

Our studio apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, dining area and a full size bed. Basic kitchen needs, bedding and linens are provided. Each studio has a deck or porch overlooking the river. 

 

Check in time for all apartments is 2:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: New River Campground does not permit smoking indoors or within 15 feet of any building entrance. Pets are allowed in apartments with nonrefundable $50 pet fee..

RESERVATIONS

 

2 night minimum stay. A 3 night minimum stay is required for all apartments during Holiday weekends.

 

Reservations can be made using our online platform or by calling our office directly. A deposit is required to secure a reservation. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay. Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation.

DAILY RATES

• Studio Apartments: $120/night per 2 people. (2 person maximum per apartment). Adults and Teens (13-17) are the same price. Kids (12 and under) stay for free. 

 

• One Bedroom Apartments: $140/night per 2 people. $5 charge per additional person (4 person maximum per apartment). Adults and Teens (13-17) are the same price. Kids (12 and under) stay for free.
