Tips

Be prepared to get wet! It is best to bring layers of clothing which dry quickly as you might get cold. Don't forget to bring some sunscreen and a hat for protection from the sun.

Wear shoes that dry quickly and have soft soles which will grip a variety of surfaces.

Do not take your expensive camera on the river trip. Use a disposable waterproof camera. If your film should get wet, put it in a container of water, and try to get it to a film processing center as soon as possible.

If you should forget anything, the New River Campstore carries all of these supplies.
